Euphrates rise revives Iraq's water reserves

DEYR EZZOR, Syria — The water level of the Euphrates River rose sharply in the city of Deir Ezzor, near the Iraqi border, creating a new picture for the revival of water reserves in Iraq after years of water shortage.
