Younis Mahmoud Elected President of Iraq Football Association

Younis Mahmoud has been elected President of the Iraq Football Association following a vote conducted by the federation's general assembly on Saturday. Sarmad Abdulilah secured the position of First Vice President after receiving 44 votes from the assembly members. Muhammed Nasir was elected as the Second Vice President, as confirmed by the committee overseeing the election process. The voting process was carried out with the participation of 61 general assembly members and was described by officials as transparent.
