BAGHDAD, Iraq โ Iraqi startups Mabiati and Al-Jabal Agriculture have received six-figure investment from local investors and strategic partners, the companies said.
Baghdad-based Mabiati provides digital solutions for the real estate sector, while Al-Jabal Agriculture operates as an online marketplace for farming and livestock. Both companies said the funding marks the start of a new growth phase focused on product development, market expansion and team growth.
Mabiati plans to improve user experience in its online real estate services, and Al-Jabal Agriculture aims to give farmers broader market access through digital channels. Investors said Iraq's startup ecosystem is maturing and that interest in technology companies continues to grow.
The companies will use the new capital to expand their user bases and strengthen their platform infrastructure. Further details on the investors and deal terms were not immediately available.
