Temperatures edge up in Iraq as rain is expected in the north

Iraq’s General Meteorological Authority said Tuesday will be partly cloudy across the country, with cloud cover likely to increase in some areas. It said light showers may occur in the far north of the country. Temperatures in the central and southern regions are expected to rise slightly compared with the previous day. In the north, temperatures are forecast to remain close to seasonal averages.
