A specialized cancer and nuclear medicine hospital began accepting patients in Mosul on Sunday. Nineveh Governor Abdulkadir al-Dakhil stated that the facility will provide advanced oncology services to residents of the province.
The three-story hospital has a capacity of 100 beds and includes 33 isolation rooms. The facility is equipped with three linear accelerators, a PET scanner, and a hot laboratory.
These systems are part of a broader installation of modern medical equipment intended to enhance specialized care in the region.
