Iraq Professional Basketball League Round 4 Opens With Six Matches

Round 4 of the second stage of the Iraq Professional Basketball League will be played Monday evening, with six matches split between two groups in Baghdad and Duhok. The fixtures will help shape the standings as the competition moves deeper into its second phase. In Duhok, group matches will be held at Zaho Hall and feature Air Defense, North Oil, Mosul Worker, Zaho, Sabis and North Gas. In Baghdad, games will take place at the Armenian Club Hall. The Baghdad group will include Hashd al-Shaabi, Yakaza, Electricity, Dicle University, Misan Oil and Hilla. The two venues will host the round simultaneously across the league's second-stage groups. Air Defense finished the first group in first place with 10 points, while Hashd al-Shaabi topped the second group with 9 points. Their results set the pace heading into this week's matches.
