Iran Warns US of Greater Defeats if Confrontation Continues

Iran continued its sharp rhetoric against the United States and Israel, with Defence Ministry spokesman Brig. Gen. Rıza Talai saying President Trump had no choice but to accept the demands of the Iranian people. He said securing those demands on both the battlefield and through diplomacy was the only way out of what he described as the third world war imposed by the United States and Israel. Talai claimed that if the enemy did not yield to legitimate demands, Trump and Israel would face greater losses and repeated defeats. He said acceptance of Iranian proposals would prevent the damage and costs caused by the continuation of the war.
