DAMASCUS, Syria โ€” Syrian singer Assala Nasri is set to perform two concerts in Damascus on September 17 and 19, marking her return to the city's stage after roughly 15 years. The shows will be held at Feyha Hall. The concerts are organized by Ougar, which has launched a promotional campaign titled "Asalet's Return" (Return of the Original). The campaign features Assala's imagery displayed across Damascus streets, squares and large screens at Umayyad Square. Tickets will go on sale online through the Evento platform on September 5. Half of the concert proceeds will be donated to charity organizations in cooperation with Glori Holding and Syria's Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture, the Arab Advertising Agency, Syriatel, Glori Holding and Riva, with Glori serving as the official sponsor. Mazen Natour, head of the Syrian Artists Union, had previously confirmed Assala's concert dates in Damascus. The singer, known for her song "Hazi Sham," will meet Syrian audiences in person for the first time in years.
