Iraqi Turkmen Front Leader Congratulates PUK on 51st Anniversary

KIRKUK, Iraq — Iraqi Turkmen Front (ITF) leader and Kirkuk Governor Mohammed Seman Agha sent a congratulatory message to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) on the party's 51st anniversary.
