BAGHDAD, Iraq โ Iraqi Stars League clubs preparing for the 2026-27 season have seen their combined squad market values rise after strengthening their rosters with domestic and foreign players, according to a widely cited football finance measure that reflects each player's technical and commercial valuation.
Zakho topped the list with a market value of โฌ7.093 million, followed by Kirma at โฌ7.073 million, Al-Shorta at โฌ6.053 million, Duhok at โฌ6.040 million and Erbil at โฌ6.038 million. Air Force Club ranked sixth at โฌ6.030 million.
Zawraa and Talaba shared seventh place with a market value of โฌ5.065 million each. Karbala recorded the league's lowest squad valuation at โฌ225,000.
The figures were published ahead of the new campaign as clubs finalized recruitment moves in the close-season window.
