The order, directed to the network's Legal Affairs Directorate, instructed officials to examine the conduct of engineer Mina Amir Jawad and to apply the required legal and administrative measures if wrongdoing is established. The document said the decision followed guidance from the network's president after the post was deemed to violate employee conduct rules. The Facebook message in question described Baghdad as "looking like Baghdad again" and noted that large numbers of Shiite residents had left the capital to mark the fortieth day of Imam Hussein in Karbala, leaving the city unusually quiet.
