BAGHDAD, Iraq โ Iraq's Ministry of Education issued an administrative order replacing senior officials at the Mosul Provincial Education Directorate, according to an informed source at the directorate. The order removed Mohammad Hazem Qablan from his post as Director General Assistant for Administrative Affairs and appointed Faris al-Ubaydi in his place.
In a separate change, Khalid Juma Shahin was dismissed as Director General Assistant for Technical Affairs and replaced by Dr. Haifa Jurgis. The source said the appointments are part of the ministry's plan to renew administrative personnel across the city.
