BAGHDAD, Iraq โ Former Iraqi lawmaker Hamid al-Shiblawi said the government formed under former Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani left a clear mark on the country's governance, citing more effective engagement in the field and closer follow-up of both service and development files.
In a statement, al-Shiblawi said the Sudani government oversaw visible activity in implementing strategic projects, maintaining infrastructure integrity and raising service standards, while managing the investment file in a way that drew foreign capital.
He added that the cabinet moved beyond crisis management toward problem-solving and practical implementation, with its government program producing concrete results in cities across Iraq. Al-Shiblawi said achievements in reconstruction, roads, energy, housing, services and the economy had built a strong base for continuing the development project and reinforcing stability.
