Child Killed in Agricultural Harvester Accident in Kalar

An eight-year-old child died in Kalar on Saturday after an accident involving his father’s agricultural harvester, police said. The incident underscores the dangers posed by heavy farm machinery in residential settings. Police said the child, born in 2014, moved the vehicle while playing, which caused the accident. He was reportedly trapped under the harvester and died at the scene. The body was transferred to the Kalar Forensic Medicine Institute. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
