LONDON โ Chelsea beat Brighton & Hove Albion 4-3 at home in the second week of the English Premier League, a match notable for featuring Argentine goalkeeper Emiliano Martรญnez in his first appearance in a Chelsea shirt.
The hosts took control early. Romรฉo Lavia opened the scoring in the 4th minute, Pedro Neto doubled the lead in the 14th and Joao Pedro made it 3-0 in the 32nd. Brighton pulled one back through Yankuba Minteh in the 35th minute before the break.
