Bank manager stabbed by employee in Sulaymaniyah

SULAYMANIYAH, Iraq — A bank manager was stabbed by a fellow employee in the Sayyid Sadiq district of Sulaymaniyah on Tuesday, according to local reports. The manager, identified as Sayyid Sadiq Administration Information Ahmed, was attacked during a workplace dispute after he made a deduction from the employee's salary. The assailant struck the manager with a knife, wounding his right elbow. The injury was initially assessed as light, but the manager later reported numbness in his fingers and was transferred to a hospital in Sulaymaniyah for further examination and treatment.
