MOSCOW โ Russian health specialists have advised that managing obesity requires balancing calorie intake with physical activity levels, noting that overcoming the condition is possible but demands sustained effort over time.
Natalya Mokriลeva, director of the Endocrinology Center affiliated with the Russian Ministry of Health, outlined the approach. Russian academic Ivan Dedov had previously warned that poor nutrition combined with sedentary lifestyle can lead to serious health consequences.
Nutrition experts separately emphasized that breakfast timing plays a significant role in controlling cholesterol levels and maintaining heart health. They recommended having a balanced breakfast within two hours of waking.
According to the specialists, this habit can help regulate appetite, reduce consumption of unhealthy snacks during the day, and support lowering cholesterol levels.
