Romania Closes Russian Consulate in Constanta, Expels Consul

Romania has ordered the closure of the Russian Consulate in the coastal city of Constanta and declared the Russian Consul persona non grata. The decision follows allegations that a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle crashed on Romanian territory.
