Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaydi Visits Baghdad Districts for Eid al-Adha

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaydi visited the Kadhimiya and Adhamiya districts of Baghdad on the first day of Eid al-Adha to meet with citizens. He performed Eid prayers at the Kadhimiya Shrine and offered prayers for the security and stability of Iraq. During his visit to the Adhamiya district, the Prime Minister toured the Abu Hanifa Mosque and the Iraqi Fiqh Center. He held meetings with religious scholars and sheikhs while observing holiday observances at these sites. Al-Zaydi emphasized the importance of social cohesion, describing solidarity among all segments of the Iraqi population as a fundamental guarantee for national stability. He concluded his visits by extending holiday greetings to the Iraqi public and the broader Islamic world, while calling for dedicated service to citizens across all provinces.
