Iraqi Political Alliances El-Azm and El-Hasim Meet in Baghdad Talks

BAGHDAD, Iraq — The El-Azm and El-Hasim political alliances met on Monday to discuss national issues and matters of mutual interest. The meeting took place at the El-Azm Alliance headquarters in Baghdad. According to a statement from the El-Azm Alliance media unit, the alliance's board of directors hosted Sabit El-Abbasi, the head of the El-Hasim Alliance. The two parties exchanged views on current political developments within the country. The delegations emphasized the importance of maintaining communication and coordination among national forces. Both alliances agreed on an approach aimed at serving the general interest and strengthening stability in Iraq, stressing that various issues should be addressed through dialogue and consensus.
