Iraq Taekwondo Federation to hold national Poomsae championship in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Iraq โ The Iraqi Taekwondo Federation will host a national Poomsae club championship for both categories at the Vesam al-Majd Sports Club hall in the capital on Friday, September 4. Federation member Falih Naeem said administrative and technical preparations for the event have been completed.
The schedule will also include coach training and referee courses held on the same day. The coach training course will run from 09:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 15:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon, while the referee course will be held from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 18:00 to 20:00.
Final exams for participants and the distribution of certificates are scheduled for the following morning between 08:00 and 10:00. The championship matches will begin at 11:00 and end at 13:00, with the awarding of top placements starting at 14:00.
The federation set participation requirements, including mandatory Poomsae attire and an official entry letter obtained from the applicant's club.
