The Iraq Stock Exchange recorded 5,718 transactions last week, totaling 86.72 billion Iraqi dinars. This volume reached approximately $66.2 million, representing a 958 percent increase compared to the previous week. Trading activity involved 104 companies, though eight firms were suspended for failing to submit mandatory financial disclosures. The ISX60 index closed the week at 944.57 points, marking a 0.46 percent decline. Foreign investors participated in 53 buy transactions valued at 143 million dinars and 138 sell transactions totaling 1 billion dinars. The exchange operates five days a week, from Sunday through Thursday.
