Iraq Construction Ministry to open online housing loan applications Sunday

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Iraq’s Ministry of Construction and Housing will open online applications on Sunday for loans from the Iraq Housing Fund, the ministry announced. Applications will be accepted in Baghdad, Nineveh, Najaf, Salahuddin, Anbar and Kirkuk. Applicants will submit their requests through the ministry’s website at ihf.moch.gov.iq, the ministry said. Requests will be processed in the order received until each province’s allocated quota is filled. Applicants are required to complete all requested information and upload the front side of their national ID card, a building permit and a property title deed issued in 2025 or later, according to the ministry.
