TEHRAN, Iran โ Military tensions between Iran and Israel have intensified as both countries carry out mutual strikes aimed at gaining the upper hand in their ongoing confrontation. According to military strategist Colonel Nidal Abu Zeid, Tehran has revised its operational doctrine, moving away from a gradual response policy toward a strategy of rapid and direct intervention.
Abu Zeid said Iran has adopted consecutive missile waves delivered within short timeframes to prevent Israel from seizing exclusive military initiative. Israel, for its part, has been conducting operations targeting Iran's air defense systems, defense infrastructure and logistics facilities connected to its ballistic missile program.
The attacks are designed to penetrate Iran's layered defenses and create corridors enabling strikes against ballistic missile installations located in deep strategic areas, Abu Zeid noted.
Despite Tehran temporarily suspending some military operations, the continuation of strategic objectives keeps regional tensions elevated, according to the analysis.
