Iran launches missile and drone strikes on US interests in Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, other states

KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait — Iran carried out missile and drone strikes early on Sunday targeting US interests and bases in Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and other countries, officials and state media said. Jordan's official news agency PETRA quoted a military spokesperson as saying three missiles fired from Iranian territory fell at locations inside the kingdom, causing only minor material damage and no casualties. The UAE's National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority said detected missile threats remained outside its borders and that the situation was stable, with monitoring continuing. In Bahrain, sirens sounded again after an explosion near the international airport, with authorities reporting no significant impact beyond material damage. Iran's Revolutionary Guard said it had struck a depot for US MQ-9 drones in Jordan. Saudi Arabia condemned Iran's attacks on Gulf states and Jordan. US Central Command said more than 300 targets had been struck over the past three nights in operations against Iran.
