Halliburton signs deal to develop Bin Umar and Sindbad fields in Basra

BASRA, Iraq — Halliburton has signed a contract with Iraq's Basra Oil Company to develop the Bin Umar and Sindbad oil and gas fields in southern Iraq, the company said.
