BAGHDAD, Iraq — Four suicide cases were recorded in Baghdad within 24 hours on Monday, and investigations were opened into all of them, according to a security source.
The source said the first case involved a young man born in 2010 who hanged himself at home in the Kâhire district using a rope tied to a ceiling fan.
In the second case, a woman born in 2002 died by suicide at her home in the Thealebe area using a women's shawl, the same source said.
The source added that a girl born in 2008 hanged herself in her room in the Emin İkincisi area, while a young man born in 2012 also died by suicide with a rope in a room in the same area.
