Former Mossad chief says Israeli agents entered Iran's Fordo facility multiple times

Former Mossad director Yossi Cohen said Israeli intelligence agents entered Iran's Fordo nuclear facility on multiple occasions, without specifying when. Speaking to Yedioth Ahronoth, Cohen described the June 2025 US strike on Iranian nuclear sites as the fulfillment of "all my dreams," while noting that Iran's 60 percent-enriched uranium remains far from weapons-grade. Cohen led Mossad from January 2016 to June 2021. His comments come after US President Donald Trump announced on June 22, 2025, that the United States had carried out strikes on three major Iranian nuclear facilities at Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan. Iranian state media had previously denied reports that Mossad had conducted operations inside the country. Cohen did not provide additional details on the alleged infiltrations or the intelligence activities at Fordo.
