Egyptian actor Hani Ramzi says sequel to 2004 film planned for 2027

Egyptian actor Hani Ramzi has confirmed that a sequel to his 2004 film "Gabi Minnah Fih" (Enough of This) is in preparation, with filming and release planned for 2027. Speaking about the project, Ramzi said the script has been rewritten several times and that Ahmed Abdullah, who wrote the first film, is also working on the new version. He added that no director has yet been attached to the project and that the cast for the sequel has not been finalized. The actor also shared a personal recollection involving the late Egyptian comedian Loutfy Labib, recalling that Labib once claimed several comedians had suffered strokes and predicted he would experience the same. Ramzi said Labib specifically named figures including Yunus Shelby, Said Ziyian, Wahid Seif and George Sidhom in that conversation.
