Dollar holds steady against Iraqi dinar in Baghdad and Erbil for second session

BAGHDAD, Iraq โ The US dollar traded unchanged against the Iraqi dinar in Baghdad and Erbil for a second consecutive session on Monday, according to market data.
In Baghdad, the dollar opened at 154,000 dinars per $100 at the Kifah and Harisiyah stock exchanges, the same rate recorded on Sunday. Local exchange offices in the capital quoted the selling price at 154,500 dinars per $100 and the buying price at 153,500 dinars.
In Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Regional Government, the rate also held flat, with the dollar selling at 153,950 dinars and buying at 153,850 dinars per $100. The parallel stability in both of Iraq's main financial centers extended a sideways trend into its second day.
