The Oil Products Distribution Company has confirmed that fuel supplies in Baghdad remain sufficient to meet public demand following reports of congestion at local service stations yesterday evening. General Manager Hussein Talib Abud conducted site inspections across the capital to verify operational status and inventory levels.
Abud stated that all fuel grades, including standard, enhanced, and super gasoline, are available in quantities adequate for consumer needs. He emphasized that filling stations throughout Baghdad and other provinces are operating under normal conditions.
To ensure consistent supply and mitigate wait times, authorities have issued directives requiring service stations located on rural routes to maintain 24-hour operations. These measures are intended to facilitate continuous access to fuel across the region.
