Azm Coalition leader al-Samarrai meets Albu Abdulaziz tribe elders in Samarra

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Muthanna al-Samarrai, head of the Azm Coalition, visited elders of the Albu Abdulaziz tribe in Samarra, in the northern Saladin province, on Saturday, the coalition's media office said. Al-Samarrai was accompanied by several Azm Coalition officials and members during the visit, which took place in the Sumum area of the city. According to the statement, the meeting covered a range of issues of concern to local residents. Al-Samarrai stressed the importance of maintaining continuous contact with social and tribal representatives, saying that listening to citizens' needs and following up on their demands would support stability and strengthen social cohesion. The statement said such visits are aimed at serving the people of Saladin province.
