Asian markets rise as oil prices climb on Iran talks uncertainty

HONG KONG — Asian markets rose on Monday, helped by gains in shares linked to artificial intelligence, while oil prices also moved higher in Hong Kong as uncertainty persisted over talks between the United States and Iran.
