Al-Samerrai Calls for National Unity and Constitutional Governance in Baghdad

Musanna al-Samerrai, leader of the Power Alliance, hosted a gathering of lawmakers, academic figures, and tribal leaders at his Baghdad office to mark Eid al-Adha with a call for national solidarity. Al-Samerrai emphasized that Iraq's long-term peace and stability depend on mutual cooperation and solidarity across all societal sectors. He noted that maintaining continuous communication between political parties and various social groups is essential to strengthening national security. Regarding the political landscape, al-Samerrai stressed that the process of government formation and the completion of the Council of Ministers must strictly adhere to constitutional and political principles.
