DUHOK, Iraq — Air Defense defeated Zakho 86-76 on the road in Game 2 of the Iraqi Basketball Premier League final, taking a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five championship series. The game was played at 7 p.m. at Zakho Sports Hall in Duhok province. Air Defense opened the series with a 73-70 victory over Zakho in Game 1 at the Armenian Club Hall in Baghdad. The Iraqi Basketball Federation scheduled the final as a five-game series, with matches alternating between Baghdad and Zakho until one team reaches three wins.
