USD-IQD Exchange Rates Stabilize in Baghdad and Erbil Ahead of Eid Holiday

The US dollar remained stable against the Iraqi dinar in Baghdad and Erbil on Thursday as markets prepared for the Kurban Bayramı (Eid al-Adha) holiday closures. In Baghdad, the parallel market rate held steady at 153,750 dinars for sales and 152,750 dinars for purchases per 100 USD. Market rates in Erbil similarly showed no change from the previous session, with the sale price at 152,950 dinars and the purchase price at 152,850 dinars per 100 USD. Currency trading is expected to remain stagnant as the holiday break continues through the beginning of next week.
