Shakira Says She Is Not Ready for New Relationship Four Years After Piqué Split

Colombian singer Shakira says she remains unready for a new romantic relationship four years after separating from her former husband, Spanish footballer Gerard Piqué. In a recent press interview, Shakira said she is focused on raising her two children and concentrating on her artistic career. The artist did not address claims that the separation stemmed from infidelity. Shakira and Piqué met in 2010 during the filming of the Waka Waka music video and publicly confirmed their relationship the following year. They have two children together, Milan and Sasha. The singer is currently performing on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour. She is also scheduled to give a historic performance at halftime of the FIFA World Cup final on July 19.
