Russia strikes Kyiv with ballistic missiles hours after Paris coalition meeting

KYIV, Ukraine — Russia struck the Ukrainian capital with ballistic missiles in the early hours of Thursday, triggering air defenses and setting off blasts and air raid sirens across the city, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.
