Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi marked the first day of Eid al-Adha by visiting the Kadhimiya and Adhamiya districts of Baghdad to engage with citizens and religious leaders. The Prime Minister performed Eid prayers at the Kadhimiya Shrine, where he offered prayers for the continued security and stability of Iraq.
Following his visit to Kadhimiya, Al-Zaidi traveled to the Adhamiya district to tour the Hanafi Mosque and the Iraqi Fiqh Center. During these stops, he held discussions with prominent religious scholars and tribal sheikhs to mark the holiday.
Al-Zaidi emphasized that social cohesion and solidarity among all segments of the Iraqi population serve as the primary foundation for national stability.
