Liverpool close to signing PSG forward Bradley Barcola in £123m deal

PARIS, France — English Premier League club Liverpool is close to announcing the signing of French forward Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports. The agreement, valued at around £123 million, would see the 23-year-old join Liverpool on a five-year contract. The package includes a fixed fee of £106 million plus £17 million in performance-related add-ons. Barcola, who joined PSG from Olympique Lyon in 2023, has two years remaining on his Paris contract. During his time at PSG, Barcola won two UEFA Champions League titles, three Ligue 1 championships and two French Cup trophies. He has scored 39 goals and provided 37 assists in 152 appearances for the club. Liverpool manager Arne Slot is reshaping his attacking line following the departure of Mohamed Salah. No official announcement has been made by either club.
