Khamenei Vows Iran Will Not Retreat From Anti-Israel Stance

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei said Tuesday that Iran would not step back from its stance against Israel, marking the 37th anniversary of Imam Khomeini's death. Khamenei said a military base had been established under the name of Israel by what he described as a domination system, and that Iran would continue to oppose it. The leader said Iran's people took pride in their commitment to the resistance front alongside Khomeini and himself. Khamenei accused the enemy of attempting to undermine popular resistance inside Iran and create internal divisions among the population. Khamenei said Iran had foiled the enemy's traps, adding that any efforts to generate negative perceptions among the people would be considered support for aggression. He described a complex war strategy aimed at weakening the public's resilience and distorting officials' assessments. Khamenei said the domination system would make every effort to obstruct Iran's progress.
