Iraqi Security Apparatus Distributes Over 700 Residential Plots in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Iraq's security apparatus began distributing more than 700 residential plots to its personnel in Baghdad on Tuesday, marking the fourth phase of a housing support program for security forces. The distribution operation was carried out under the direct supervision of the apparatus head Abdulkarim al-Basri, according to an official statement. An electronic lottery system was employed to ensure fairness and transparency in the allocation process. Al-Basri said the initiative aims to address housing and accommodation needs of security personnel. The program will continue distributing plots to staff across all provinces, with three previous lottery rounds already having allocated hundreds of plots to recipients.
