BAGHDAD, Iraq โ€” Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaydi met on Monday with Dmitry Shugayev, head of Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, in the presence of the Russian ambassador to Baghdad, the prime minister's office said.
