BAGHDAD, Iraq — Iraq's Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned a bombing at a cafe in Damascus that killed seven people and wounded 22, according to initial figures. The ministry said it firmly rejects all forms of violence and terrorism targeting civilians and public spaces.
The blast occurred in the Hijaz district of the Syrian capital, where an investigation into the circumstances of the attack is being conducted by Syrian authorities.
