Iraq coach Arnold says team ready for France test

Iraq national football team head coach Graham Arnold said the squad has completed its preparations ahead of a group-stage match against France, expressing satisfaction with the players' performances in training and the team's internal cohesion. The Australian coach acknowledged the difficulty of the fixture but said he has full confidence in his players and the preparation process. Physical and mental conditioning work will continue until match day, he added. Arnold said Iraq will also compete strongly against the other tough opponents in the group as the team, known as the "Lions of Mesopotamia," aims to advance past the group stage. He added that he expects his side to deliver its best performance against France.
