BAGHDAD, Iraq โ Iraq's Ministry of Education has outlined the application requirements for admission to gifted middle schools and Baghdad College high schools in the capital. Applications will be accepted only through the ministry's official portal and must follow the published timetable, the ministry said in a statement.
Candidates must meet specified academic standards, and examination centers will be selected under a defined procedure, according to the statement. The ministry said grade point averages, exam scores and available seats will be evaluated together during the admissions process.
The ministry added that measures will be in place to ensure exams are conducted securely, prevent cheating and maintain a transparent evaluation process. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
The ministry said the announcement of results and the registration schedule will be released separately.
