Fire Destroys 50 Decares of Wheat Fields in Kirkuk's Daquq District

A large-scale fire destroyed approximately 50 decares of wheat fields in Kelisa village, located in the Daquq district south of Kirkuk. Kirkuk Provincial Civil Defense teams contained the blaze after several hours of operation. High temperatures and strong winds accelerated the spread of the fire across the agricultural land. Emergency responders successfully prevented the flames from spreading to adjacent fields and orchards. No casualties or injuries were reported in the incident.
