Zayd Faris, head of the Iraq Sports Reconciliation and Arbitration Center, has suspended Erbil Club President Sefin Yasin Muhammed Emin from his duties. The decision also temporarily suspends Emin's membership in the general assembly pending the outcome of a legal case.
The suspension follows allegations that Emin violated legal provisions, the Olympic Committee charter, and internal regulations, as well as failing to comply with judicial rulings.
The ruling was issued following a formal application submitted by Ala Didwan Hoshid Emin, the General Secretary of Erbil Club.
The administrative measures will remain in effect until the legal proceedings are completed and a final verdict is reached.
