Dubai opens permanent women-only beach in Al Mamzar with strict no-camera rules

The site is enclosed by fencing and private gates to limit visibility from outside, and photography and video recording are strictly prohibited so women can enjoy the sea and sand without concern over images circulating on social media. All staff at the beach, including lifeguards, security personnel and other workers, are women, according to the announcement. The new facility differs from earlier arrangements in Dubai, where certain days at some beaches were designated for women; the Mamzar beach is set to operate continuously as a women-only zone.
