Zaho hosts Air Defense in Game 2 of Iraqi Basketball Super League final

DUHOK, Iraq — Zaho will host Air Defense on Wednesday evening in Game 2 of the Iraqi Basketball Super League playoff finals, with tip-off set for 7 p.m. at the club's home venue in Duhok. Air Defense took a 1-0 series lead after winning the opener 73-70 on Sunday at the Armenian Club court in Baghdad. Zaho will look to even the series on home court, while Air Defense aims to move within one win of the championship. Under the format set by the Iraqi Basketball Federation, the first team to three victories will claim the title. Games are scheduled to alternate between Baghdad and Zaho. The series will end as soon as one side reaches three wins, with a fifth and deciding match played only if the teams split the first four games.
